Trullo degli Ulivi is that bit more memorable in that it has retained, even glorified, all the bare interiors of its ceilings. This means that guest have the rare chance to stay in a ‘trullo’ with soaring vaulted stone ceilings, with complicate church like symmetrically perfect arches. In one bedroom guests can even stare up at the bare inside of the conical roof finished in the beautiful locally quarried white and pink stone.
